Belly Timber is Victorian slang for food of all sorts.  Enjoy the ambiance of our beautifully restored Victorian house, or weather permitting, dine outside on the patio. 

 

At the helm of Belly Timber is Chef David Siegel, formerly of Nostrana, Meriwether’s and the East Side Dining Club.  David creates seasonal dishes using ingredients from the Pacific Northwest’s bounty.  Bradley Dawson, mixologist, creates cocktails that enhance and compliment the cuisine’s creative and diverse flavors.
